Today, along with the new Huawei Nova 7, 7 Pro and 7 SE, the Chinese company has presented a new tablet especially intended for students . It is the Huawei MatePad, a cut version in price and features of the MatePad Pro that we met last November and that ended up reaching the international market in February.
Display & Design:
In this case, the Huawei MatePad is presented with a 10.4-inch 2K screen , support for the M-Pencil stylus and the Kirin 810 processor inside, among other benefits. Also, it will be available in various configurations based on RAM, storage and connectivity, but all without 5G.

Cameras
8 megapixel front and rear Under an aluminum chassis, this new tablet has a 10.4-inch IPS screen with 2K resolution (2,000 x 1,200 pixels) and relatively tight bezels. That panel has TÜV Rheinland certification and support for Huawei’s stylus, the M-Pencil, although it is not included with it.
As we have described, it integrates a pair of cameras , one rear and one front. Both have an 8-megapixel sensor, having the rear of autofocus, LED flash and functions such as HDR and time-lapse.
Memory:
Inside, we have the Kirin 810 processor paired with two RAM options (4 and 6 GB) and two internal storage (64 and 128 GB) expandable with a MicroSD card up to 512 GB. It runs EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10

Versions and price of the Huawei MatePad
Versions and price of the Huawei The new Huawei MatePad tablet has been presented in China and will be there where it will go on sale on April 26. At the moment, we do not know if it will arrive in other countries, what we do know is that in the local market it will be available in two colors (blue or white) and in various configurations depending on RAM, storage and connectivity:
- Huawei MatePad 4GB / 64GB WiFi : 1,899 yuan, which is equivalent to about 249 euros .
- Huawei MatePad 6GB / 128GB WiFi : 2,199 yuan, which is equivalent to about 288 euros .
- Huawei MatePad 6GB / 128GB WiFi + LTE : 2,499 yuan, which is equivalent to about 327 euros .
