domicile certificate. If you are taking admission in government universities
then you also need domicile certificate. First of all you should know about
domicile certificate.

Domicile Certificate:-how to make domicile certificate online?

A domicile certificate is compulsory document that gives proof about
permanent resident of city. You can obtain only one certificate of only one
district.

Documents required for Domicile (Islamabad):

If you are willing to get domicile certificate in Islamabad then please
complete these below mentioned documents.
 
  • For Applicants (Above 21 years):
  • Passport size photograph (2)
  • Proof of your occupation or trade
  • Copy of National Identity Card
  • Utility Bill (electricity, PTCL, gas)
  • Copy of proof of residence of Islamabad 
  • If you are government servant (NOC from department)
  • Copy of SSC certificate
  • If person is married (married certificate-nikkah naama)
  • For Applicants (Below 21 years):
  • Copy of National Identity Card or B- Form
  • Passport size photographs (2)
  • Copy of CNIC of mother or father
  • Copy of SSC result
  • Proof of occupation

Application Procedure (Islamabad):

  • I will guide you step by step for getting domicile certificate.
  • Step 1:
  • First of all submit challan of PKR 200 at National Bank of Pakistan
    (F8 Markaz Branch)
  • Or State Bank of Pakistan account number c-03806.
  • Step 2:
  • Visit the Citizen Facilitation Center along with necessary
    documents.
  • Step 3:
  • Receive token from counter.
  • Step 4:
  • Visit counter for entry of data.
  • Step 5:
  • Pay processing fee (only 500 PKR).
  • Step 6:
  • Get your e-receipt.
  • Step 7:
  • Collect domicile certificate from facilitation center.
  • Note:
  • Receiving date is mentioned on e-receipt.

Documents required for Domicile (Lahore):

  • Filled form, P and P1.
  • Affidavit of PKR 50 rupees.
  • 3 Passport size photographs (white background).
  • Copy of National Identity Card or B-Form of applicant.
  • Copy of utility bills.
  • Educational certificates (SSC certificate)
  • Voter list.

Application procedure (Lahore):

  • Step 1:
  • Get challan form from e-Khidmat Markaz or National Bank of
    Pakistan.
  • Step 2:
  • Pay challan fee only 200 PKR.
  • Step 3:
  • Visit e-Khidmat Markaz and collect domicile application or you can
    download application from official website of e-Khidmat Markaz.
  • Step 4:
  • Fill application form and submit along with necessary
    documents.
  • Step 5:
  • After submission of necessary document obtain e-receipt from
    e-Khidmat Markaz.
  • Step 6:
  • You can track your ID by putting tracking ID on website of e-Khidmat
    Markaz.
  • Step 7:
  • Receive domicile certificate from e-Khidmat Markaz.

Documents required for Domicile (Karachi):

  • Passport size unattested photographs (5).
  • Attested copy of CNIC of applicant.
  • Attested copy of B-Form.
  • Attested copies of educational certificates.
  • Attested copies of utility bills.
 

Application procedure (Karachi):

  • Step 1:
  • Pay challan fee of PKR 200 in National Bank of Pakistan DC office
    Branch.
  • Step 2:
  • Paste stamp of 1 rupees on challan form.
  • Step 3:
  • Get domicile application form and fill it.
  • Step 4:
  • Attach all necessary documents and submit to DC office.
  • Step 5:
  • Receive slip from office after submission of documents.
  • Step 6:
  • Receive Domicile certificate from DC office.
  • Whole procedure will takes 1 to 2 weeks.
