Some uses for a foldable display include, for example, viewing a lecture on one part of the screen, while taking notes on the other. You can slightly fold the device to read several chapters of your favorite novel, like a traditional book. For business, the video call feature at the top will be convenient with parallel presentation demonstrations at the bottom of the screen.X1 will come out with optional connection to 5G networks and the full version of Windows 10 – thanks to the latest Lenovo calls its gadget “a fully functional computer with a folding OLED display.” Support for Windows 10X is likely to come later, to realize all the features of folding devices.
The X1 Fold case is made of carbon fiber, “light alloys” and a leather case, which should make the gadget pretty strong. The device is not yet available for pre-order, but the price has already been announced – $ 2,499.
