One of the versions of the Samsung Galaxy S20 smartphone will receive the amount of RAM that has never been featured on mobile devices and is more familiar with powerful gaming PCs or workstations. According to Max Weinbach, the author of the XDA Developers publication (he previously shared “live” photos of the Samsung Galaxy S20 ), the top version of the new flagship of the South Korean company – Ultra 5G – will be equipped with 16 gigabytes of RAM.
